No distractions. No expectations. Just a group of women gathered together in nature with open hearts, ready to reconnect, reflect, heal, and grow.
Roots Retreat 2026, “Planting Seeds,” was a beautiful reminder of what happens when women have a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported.
Throughout the weekend, women participated in healing circles, journaling, meditation, connection activities, yoga, nature walks, and powerful conversations about letting go of what keeps us stuck — while intentionally planting seeds for the women we are becoming.
We laughed. We cried. We released. We rested. We remembered we are not alone.
One of the most beautiful parts of the weekend was watching women from all different stages of recovery come together — some with decades of sobriety, some just beginning their journey — sharing wisdom, encouragement, and hope with one another.
Because healing happens in connection.
